Favvy service

palmstudio GmbH operates Favvy, an experimental online service for creating, ranking, maintaining, and sharing lists of favorite things. Depending on the available feature set, Favvy may include user accounts, profiles, profile images, ranked or unranked lists, list history, social following, search, feeds, and integrations for songs, artists, places, links, and plain-text entries.

Digital Services Act contact points

The following electronic contact point is designated for communications under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act):

This contact point may be used by authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and recipients of the service. Communications are accepted in German and English. Authority communications should identify the issuing authority, legal basis, relevant content or account, and any applicable deadline.

Notices concerning specific allegedly illegal content should follow the instructions on the Report Content page.

Person responsible for editorial content

Responsible for journalistic-editorial content pursuant to Section 18(2) of the German Interstate Media Treaty (MStV), to the extent that this provision applies to content published by the operator:

This designation does not make palmstudio GmbH the author of content independently submitted by Favvy users. Users remain responsible for their own profiles, list titles, descriptions, images, links, rankings, and other submissions, subject to applicable law and Favvy's Terms of Use.

Consumer dispute resolution

palmstudio GmbH is not willing and is not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless a mandatory legal obligation applies in an individual case.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025. Favvy therefore does not link to that discontinued platform.

Consumers may nevertheless contact us at support@favi.link so that we can try to resolve concerns directly.

No regulated professional activity

The Favvy service described on this website does not currently require admission to a regulated profession, membership in a professional chamber, or authorization by a sector-specific supervisory authority for regulated professional services. If the nature of the service changes, this Legal Notice will be updated where required.

Responsibility for our own content

palmstudio GmbH is responsible for its own content in accordance with applicable general laws. We make reasonable efforts to keep operator-provided information accurate and current. However, an experimental service may contain technical, editorial, or availability errors, and no statement on this page limits mandatory statutory responsibility.

If you become aware of incorrect, outdated, or unlawful operator-provided information, please contact support@favi.link.

User content and illegal-content notices

Favvy may store and display information submitted by users. We do not assume that all user submissions have been reviewed before publication. Obligations concerning hosting services and illegal content are handled in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Services Act where it applies.

To notify us of a specific item that you believe is illegal, use the instructions on the Report Content page. A notice should identify the exact URL or other electronic location and explain why the content is considered illegal. General complaints that do not identify specific content may not provide enough information for us to act.

External links and third-party services

Favvy may contain links to external websites and provider content, including links associated with Spotify, Geoapify, OpenStreetMap, Google Maps, and websites added by users. The respective third party is responsible for its own service and content. A link does not mean that palmstudio GmbH owns, controls, endorses, or continuously monitors the linked service.

We assess external content when there is a concrete reason to do so. If we become aware of unlawful linked content, we will take the action required by applicable law and technically available to us.

Copyright, trademarks, and attribution

The operator-provided content, design, software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on Favvy may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, unfair-competition, or other intellectual-property laws. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation outside the limits of applicable law requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

User-submitted content remains subject to the rights of its respective author or rights holder. Provider names, artwork, metadata, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. In particular, Spotify, Geoapify, OpenStreetMap, Google Maps, Firebase, Google, Vercel, and CookieHub are names or services of third parties. Their mention describes technical compatibility or data sources and does not imply ownership by or endorsement of palmstudio GmbH.
